    Enough to understand the problem and tell you whether we can help. No obligation either way.

  • You talk to the people doing the work

    No account-manager relay. Whoever plans your campaign or writes your code is on the call.

  • A straight answer

    If we are not the right fit we will say so on the call, rather than after a proposal.
