About us

Small team. Senior people. Both halves of the job.

Saaim & Co. is a marketing and software agency in Dublin. We run the campaigns and we build the things the campaigns point at — which is a deliberate choice, not a service list that grew by accident.

Why we work this way

Marketing and building were never separate problems.

Most businesses hit the same wall eventually. The agency running your marketing cannot build what the marketing needs, and the developer who built your site does not know why the campaign is underperforming. So a landing page takes six weeks and three email threads, the tracking is set up by someone who never sees the reports, and nobody owns the result.

We put both halves under one roof so that stops happening. The person planning the campaign sits beside the person building the app. Tracking is designed at the same time as the funnel it measures. When something underperforms, one team looks at it — rather than two suppliers explaining that it is the other one’s fault.

That only works at a certain size, which is why we stay small on purpose. A big agency needs volume to feed its structure, and volume is what pushes senior people off accounts and juniors onto them. We would rather take fewer clients and have the people you met in the first meeting still be the people doing the work in month six.

How we work

Five things we hold to, including the inconvenient ones.

Anyone can list values. These are the ones that cost us something to keep — which is the only reason they are worth printing.

  • 01

We start with the business, not the channel

Before anyone talks about TikTok or Google Ads, we want to know what you sell, what it costs you to deliver, and which customer is actually worth winning. Channels are a conclusion, not a starting point.

  • 02

We would rather tell you no

If we are not the right fit, or the thing you are asking for will not get you what you want, we say so at the proposal stage. Turning down work we cannot do well is cheaper for both of us than doing it badly.

  • 03

We report the things that did not work

Campaigns have losing tests in them. You will see those in the reporting alongside the wins, because a report that only contains good news is not a report — it is marketing aimed at you.

  • 04

    You own everything we build

The code, the designs, the ad accounts, the domains, the store listings. Set up in your name where the platform allows it, handed over on final payment. Nothing about our relationship should depend on you being locked in.

  • 05

    Plain language, always

No jargon in proposals, no acronyms in reports without explaining them, no hiding a scope change in paragraph nine. If you cannot tell what you are buying from reading the proposal, we have written it badly.

The practical bits

The answers you would otherwise have to ask for.

Nothing here is a secret, so there is no reason to make you sit through a call to find it out.

Where we are
Dublin, Ireland. We work with businesses across Ireland and the UK, in your timezone and your currency.
How we work together
Most of it runs over video calls and shared documents, with a named contact you can reach directly. We meet in person when it genuinely helps rather than as a formality.
How engagements are structured
Fixed-scope projects with a fixed price, or a monthly retainer for ongoing marketing. Both start with a written proposal. Neither is an open-ended hourly arrangement.
What we do in-house
Strategy, content, paid media, SEO, design, web development, mobile apps and custom business software. Specialists are brought in for genuinely specialist work, and we tell you when that happens.
How data is handled
Built for GDPR from the start, not retrofitted. What we collect and why is set out in full in our Privacy Policy. Read the Privacy Policy
How to start
A thirty-minute discovery call, no charge and no obligation. If it is a fit, a written proposal follows within a few days. Book a discovery call
